SELF-DRIVE RATES The rates are based on a minimum of 24 hours, and should the rental at the time of return, incur excess hours, the charge will be 1/6th of the Contract Rates. INSURANCE The rental rates shown include full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property. However, in line with the commercial insurance practice, the Renter is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause as follows:
Renter is reminded that underbody , overhead damage is at the Renter's risk at all time and all insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surfaces. Missing of vehicle accessories not protected. All rentals are subject to the full terms and conditions set out in the Rental Agreement TERMS OF PAYMENT We welcome all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express & Diners DRIVER'S LICENCE We recognize Malaysian driving licenses. Overseas tourists may use current issued licenses by their country of residence. EXTENSION OF RENTAL Any extension of rental beyond the agreed return date and time must be informed in advance with the required additional rental paid. RENT–IT-HERE, LEAVE-IT-THERE One - Way Rental service is available for Renter's convenience. However, a minimum of 4 days rental plus repositioning fee is applicable. Details will be available at the time of enquiry. DRIVING INTO SINGAPORE Vehicle may enter Singapore subject to the purchase of the Autopass at the Causeway, and it is Renter's responsibility to obey all relevant traffic requirements while driving in Singapore, such as Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and other Toll charges. Vehicle must be returned in Malaysia. Singapore citizens/permanent residents are not allowed by the Singapore Law to drive Malaysian registered cars in Singapore. PARKING CHARGES AND TRAFFIC OFFENCE All traffic, parking offences, courts costs and other expenses that may assessed against us which are due by the reason of Renter's possession or use of our vehicle, will be fully borne by the Renter. We will contact the Renter where possible if it receives parking or traffic summons pertaining to the period under rental. Otherwise, Renter's particulars will be submitted to the authority concerned. BABY SEAT Baby seats are available free of charge. |
